The Supply Chain Supervisor reports directly to the VP - Operations & Engineering. He shall be responsible and accountable for the delivery of all procurement and logistics related activities in accordance with the organization's procurement and logistics distribution policies and procedures. Leads operational assessments, including supply chain management, purchasing, inventory control, customs clearance, facilities, and fleet management. Serve as the procurement specialist and shall be responsible for developing and standardizing procurement & logistics process and systems in accordance with company guidance and directives.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify system needs, process bottlenecks, and to develop unique solutions to enable more timely, efficient, and accountable operations. Support preparedness planning across company programs, developing instructional material, facilitating training and mentoring staff.

Duties and Responsibility: SUMMARY

  • Responsible for overall purchasing of materials and consumables intended for Office, Field, Workshop and project supplies.
  • Responsible: in inquiring, canvassing and requesting offer from different local suppliers and local contractors.
  • Do negotiation for all intended local purchases to achieve the best offer
  • Prepare the purchase requisitions needed for stock replenishment
  • Process all Purchase (P.R) from different projects and FS/WS department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three (3) years of experience in procurement within a multinational organization or indirect procurement category experience with strategic sourcing responsibilities.
  • With background experience in Logistics and Services Category
  • Knowledge of procurement operations
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Good inventory management skills
  • Good communication skills
