Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Cebu. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet financial targets. The role involves ensuring compliance with banking regulations, developing and implementing strategies to grow deposits and loans, and building relationships with local businesses and community members. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development.
