The Branch Manager (Cebu Based) will lead overall operations of the branch, covering sales, distribution, warehousing, and service. This role focuses on driving business growth and profitability in industrial equipment, water filtration systems, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, and air-conditioning solutions. The Branch Manager will oversee sales targets, service operations, and customer relationships while ensuring efficient branch performance and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in Sales Management
  • Preferably with sales experience in industrial equipment, water filtration, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, or air-conditioning
  • Knowledgeable in equipment operations, after-sales service, and parts sales
  • Experienced in managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in goal setting, strategic planning, and organizing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with customers and representatives to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services
  • Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
  • Review production costs and product quality, ensuring profitability and inventory control
  • Review reports of competing organizations and recommend sales programs for improvement
  • Direct preparation of accounting records
  • Provide recommendations to management
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php57, Php65,000.00 per month
