Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least has experience in retail, sales, or operations management (optical industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in sales strategies, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational or customer-related issues effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business software.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays, if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns.
  • Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to boost branch performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
  • Prepare and review branch reports (sales, expenses, customer feedback, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with head office for marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational directives.
  • Ensure branch cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
