Job Description:

Control of Documents:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for documents and system procedures related inquiries and issues for the company.
  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain Operations, Sales, Admin and HR) to ensure alignment on documentation requirements.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job instructions, quality manuals, and compliance records should all be organized and kept up to date in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Make sure that document retrieval, classification, and version control are done correctly.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents by checking for compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and other pertinent standards.
  • Establish document control procedures that uphold data integrity and facilitate ongoing improvement.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to obtain, disseminate, and update documentation as required (e.g., production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs).

Maintaining and Updating Records:

  • Prepare and manage documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for ISO certifications and inspections.
  • Conducts Annual Review on all documented procedures and standards and responsible for updating based on applicable regulatory requirement
  • Oversee the retention and disposal of documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Preferably with minimum of 2 experience in document control and FDA CPR handling in the food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO and food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, BRC, FSSC, FSMS, FDA, etc.).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Google Tools and Platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
