Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and documentation
- Supervise logistics and warehouse/store operations, including inventory control
- Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC, and IMPEX requirements
- Lead and support the admin in achieving targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in administrative, purchasing, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of IMPEX, PEZA, and BOC processes is required.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory management tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Knowledge in ISO standards, 5S, or other quality management systems.
