Step Into Global SaaS Sales From ManilaWe're looking for a full-time Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, and work in our friendly, close-knit Mandaluyong office.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — reaching out, qualifying interest, and setting up software demos for our Brisbane-based Sales & Account Executives and Client Success Specialists.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume outbound role ideal for someone who thrives on making connections and opening doors.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving high-volume outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying leads and securing meetings for our Brisbane-based Sales and Client Success team
- Using AI sales tools and platforms to power your outreach
- Following structured sales cadences to maximise engagement and conversions
- Collaborating with team leaders and senior SAEs to continually improve performance
- Learning the fundamentals of full-cycle SaaS sales and building a scalable pipeline
You bring proven experience in outbound sales and are a confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Your curiosity, professionalism, and ability to build rapport quickly set you apart.
To qualify, you will need strong verbal and written English skills, and a drive to succeed in a target-driven sales environment.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Experience in outbound sales, SDR, and lead generation
- Familiarity with SaaS, HR Tech, and recruitment platforms (highly desirable but not essential)
- Confidence in cold calling or high-volume outreach
- Experience with CRM tools or platforms like ZoomInfo, Gong, HubSpot or Salesforce
