Primary Purpose:

The Digital System Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's digital systems, platforms, and integrations to ensure secure, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This includes administering user access, overseeing software licenses, supporting cloud-based solutions, and developing system integrations using various programming tools. The position also leverages analytics platforms to generate insights, provides technical support and troubleshooting, collaborates with cross-functional teams for system improvements, and maintains comprehensive documentation. Staying current with cybersecurity best practices and industry trends is essential to safeguard system integrity and support organizational goals.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain digital systems, platforms, and integrations to ensure seamless operation and performance.
  • Administer user accounts, security protocols, and system updates to uphold cybersecurity standards.
  • Oversee software subscriptions, license management, and renewal processes, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement system integrations using APIs, scripting, and programming languages such as .NET, Python, Java, etc.
  • Support cloud-based solutions, including SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, and similar services.
  • Utilize analytics and business intelligence tools such as but not limited to Power BI or Tableau to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical support, and facilitate system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated with cybersecurity best practices and industry trends to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned periodically to support team and organizational goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital systems management, system administration, and integration.
  • Proven experience with digital systems and platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in system integration, APIs, and programming languages such as .NET, Python, Java, or scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with system administration, including user management, security protocols, and system maintenance.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce or similar cloud-based solutions).
  • Ability to manage and oversee software subscriptions, renewals, and license compliance.
  • Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to digital and enterprise systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud services, networking, or programming are a plus.
