We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Growth Manager to lead our growth initiatives and accelerate our customer acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will leverage your deep expertise in customer success, account management, and digital marketing to drive sustainable growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, analyze data to optimize strategies, and lead a high-performing team focused on expanding our user base and maximizing lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end growth initiatives across the SaaS lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to gather insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute innovative campaigns to scale subscriber base while efficiently managing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align growth strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a growth team, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention efforts.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions under pressure to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of senior-level experience driving strategic growth and leadership impact.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition within B2C or B2SMB SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in scaling subscriber bases and reducing CAC through innovative, data-driven strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS lifecycle and industry best practices.
  • Strong customer success or account management background, with a focus on user satisfaction drivers.
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
