OneWorkforce is a fast-growing SaaS startup helping contractors and agencies streamline billing, timekeeping, and workforce operations across the Philippines. As we scale, we're looking for someone who's excited to build, travel, troubleshoot, and grow with us.

What You'll Do

You'll be the face of OneWorkforce on the ground, supporting clients and ensuring our systems run smoothly. Your work will include:

Field Operations
  • Install and configure biometric devices and related hardware on client sites
  • Troubleshoot hardware or connectivity issues
  • Ensure accurate deployment of devices for timekeeping and billing
Project Coordination
  • Help manage deployment timelines, client communication, and status updates
  • Work with internal teams (Product, Support, Customer Success) to deliver a smooth implementation
  • Track and document progress, challenges, and solutions
Client Interaction
  • Conduct onsite client visits, orientations, and light training
  • Represent OneWorkforce professionally while solving problems in real time
Startup Flexibility & Growth
  • Jump into new operational needs as they arise
  • Help build and refine internal processes
  • Contribute ideas as we expand our platform and improve our service
Who You Are
  • Tech-comfortable and willing to learn (no need to be an engineer)
  • Someone who enjoys hands-on work and solving problems onsite
  • Great at communicating and organizing tasks
  • Able to travel frequently within the Philippines
  • Excited about joining a startup where roles grow quickly and responsibilities evolve
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in unfamiliar situations

Background in operations, IT support, logistics, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required. We hire for mindset and potential.
