Job Title: HR Manager – Employer of Record (EOR)
Location: Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day onsite
Experience Required: 5+ years HR experience in an EOR, BPO or with international clients (with Sprout HR expertise)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations under the EOR model, ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement functions.
- Act as primary HR partner for client accounts, providing expert guidance on HR policies and workforce management.
- Ensure accurate payroll and HRIS management using Sprout HR.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, 2+ years in a leadership role in an EOR, BPO or with global workforce management systems.
- Sprout HR/HRIS proficiency preferred for HR operations.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
