Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash and bank transactions, ensuring records match actual balances.
  • Review reimbursement requests, process payments, and handle allowances.
  • Record daily financial entries and prepare cash and bank journals.
  • Assist in payroll processing, including preparation and verification of salaries.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
  • Support accountants and finance managers with finance-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, banking, payroll, and expense reimbursement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting software.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in cashier or finance roles, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with local taxation, payroll computation, and banking practices.
