Recruitment & Selection:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and hiring decisions.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents for new hires.
- Maintain the applicant database and recruitment tracker.
Payroll & HR Administration:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring correct computation of attendance, overtime, and deductions.
- Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes.
- Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and coordinate with the Accounting or Finance Department.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping reports.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE labor standards and company policies.
- Assist in other HR functions such as employee relations, performance appraisal, and record management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience handling both recruitment and payroll processing.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently and efficiently under pressure.
