Recruitment & Selection:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and hiring decisions.
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents for new hires.
  • Maintain the applicant database and recruitment tracker.

Payroll & HR Administration:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring correct computation of attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes.
  • Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and coordinate with the Accounting or Finance Department.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping reports.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE labor standards and company policies.
  • Assist in other HR functions such as employee relations, performance appraisal, and record management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience handling both recruitment and payroll processing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
