Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI tool expert who has hands-on experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered agents that will support and streamline our team's tasks. Experience with workflow automation tools, such as n8n, will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Integration: Integrate ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other relevant AI tools into existing workflows and systems.

  • Agent Creation: Develop customized AI agents to automate processes, improve productivity, and drive efficiency across the organization.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, analytics) to understand their needs and develop AI-driven solutions.

  • Automation Expertise: Utilize automation tools like n8n to integrate AI agents with other systems and applications, streamlining operations and processes.

  • Optimization & Scaling: Continuously optimize AI agents and integrations to improve performance and scalability.

  • Documentation & Training: Provide documentation and training for team members to effectively use AI tools and agents.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in integrating and working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor.

  • Strong knowledge of building and deploying AI agents for automating workflows and tasks.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like n8n is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in scripting or coding languages like Python or JavaScript.

  • Experience with API integrations and handling large datasets.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate and improve existing processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with AI-driven marketing, customer service, or business operations.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML models and their application in business automation.

  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
