We're Hiring: AI Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer will lead all technical development at DCX, building web-based tools, data infrastructure, and AI-driven systems that improve workflows across sales, investments, and operations. You'll work directly with leadership, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with external technical advisors for strategic input.

What You'll Do
  • Own technical development: build web platforms, APIs, and integrations (front-end & back-end).
  • Develop AI-driven solutions (agents, automations, efficiency tools like Cursor, Claude, etc.).
  • Design and manage data infrastructure: pipelines, warehousing, and system integrations.
  • Improve workflows across sales (lead gen, process automation), investment management (portfolio modeling, due diligence tools), and data architecture (RAG, structured pipelines).
  • Implement security protocols for applications and data.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, working directly with leadership and advisors.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven full-stack development experience.
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL (Postgres/Supabase), and Azure (or similar cloud platforms).
  • Experience with AI tools, automation, and data integration.
  • Ability to manage projects independently with little day-to-day oversight.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in building tools that drive efficiency across business units.
  • Exposure to investment or operational business workflows is a plus.

Role Details

Remote, Philippines

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Monday – Friday

Salary: PHP 85,000/month
