About the role

Nestle Business Services AOA Inc. is seeking talented Data Analytics Experts to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Data Analytics Expert, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This is a full-time position that offers exciting opportunities for growth and development within a leading global organisation.

The Data and Analytics Expert is a Zone SPOC, supporting Marketing Leads to orchestrate & accelerate dashboard deployment, adoption of analytics use cases, documenting analytics successes and building capabilities.

They will look above market at valuable use cases, and drive analytics and insights from the data available to them from the tools. He/she works closely with Above Market functions (Zone, IBS, MSE).

Key need: To be the single point of contact to track and measure and 1PD acquisition (by market by category) with 1PD activation track and measurement


•Supports Category Lead and SBU in defining use cases for analytics, and opportunities for data to drive decisions in the business.


•Provides high level analysis on trends, opportunities and answer burning business questions using data for categories and markets.


•Ensures dashboards are deployed in markets, and they adopt global solutions for efficiencies and to drive above market category analytics capabilities.


•Performs Markets readiness assessments (solutions, operations, resources / budget, capability building) to identify gaps. Use Questionnaire & Readiness assessment as initial input.


•Builds analytics capabilities in markets with hands on learning and use case adoption.


•Coordinates dashboard localization with IBS, markets and SBUs from 2020 onwards when available.


•Supports markets to prepare, cleanse and structure data according to global taxonomies


•Supports with level two dashboard deployment, as we roll out more advanced technologies and markets and categories need resource to prepare their data.
