We are seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee multiple managed properties (Pasig, Makati and QC). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all hotels, while serving as the brand ambassador and strategic leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction across multiple hotel properties.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination among all hotel departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Lead key property initiatives, including capital projects, refurbishments, and customer service enhancements.
  • Prepare, present, and achieve annual Operating Budgets, Marketing & Sales Plans, and Capital Budgets for each property.
  • Ensure ongoing profitability of all hotels, meeting and exceeding revenue, operational, and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement impactful strategies based on P&L performance and market trends.
  • Supervise procurement of operating supplies and equipment; manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Act as the final decision maker for hiring key staff across properties.
  • Coordinate with HODs to ensure seamless execution of activities and functions.
  • Mentor, guide, and provide effective leadership to property management teams.
  • Lead business planning efforts, setting both short- and long-term strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, fire, and other statutory requirements.

Prerequisites

  • A seasoned hospitality professional with exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong background in multi-property or group-level management is an advantage.
  • Hands-on operational experience with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Must be currently based in the Philippines.

Education

  • University degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Track record in opening, repositioning, or managing hotels.
  • Strong computer and property management system skills.

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years in the hospitality industry, preferably with international exposure.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a senior managerial or General Manager role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
