Role Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven 
Hotel Group Manager
 to lead the 
overall strategy, operations, and performance
 of our 13 hotels across 
4 brands.
 Based in Manila, this 
full-time leadership role
 requires balancing 
strategic business planning with hands-on operational oversight
, ensuring each property consistently achieves 
guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

  • The Hotel Group Manager will provide multi-property leadership
    , guiding General Managers and property teams to meet brand standards while adapting to the unique positioning of each brand. This role involves overseeing 
    customer service, financial management, sales and marketing, F&B operations, HR development, and compliance
     across all hotels.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Define and execute 
    strategic plans
     for all 4 brands, ensuring portfolio-wide growth and profitability.
  • Drive 
    RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and overall revenue performance
     across all 13 hotels.
  • Identify 
    expansion, rebranding, or repositioning opportunities
     to strengthen competitiveness.
  • Partner with senior management in 
    business planning, KPI setting, and portfolio performance reviews.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all properties, standardizing 
    SOPs, brand guidelines, and best practices
    .
  • Conduct regular 
    site visits, audits, and operational reviews
     to maintain consistency and service standards.
  • Implement 
    cost optimization and efficiency programs
     while protecting guest experience.
  • Oversee 
    front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations
     across the group.

Financial & Business Management

  • Lead 
    budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
     for each property and the portfolio.
  • Ensure strong 
    cost control measures, purchasing efficiency, and P&L accountability.
  • Maximize revenue channels, including 
    direct bookings, OTAs, group sales, and corporate partnerships.

Sales, Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Oversee 
    sales and marketing strategies
     for each brand and hotel, ensuring proper market segmentation and channel optimization.
  • Strengthen 
    brand awareness and differentiation
     in the economy and mid-scale hotel categories.
  • Monitor and improve 
    guest satisfaction, online reviews, and loyalty programs.
  • Develop 
    cross-brand promotions and partnerships
     to maximize portfolio visibility.

People & Leadership

  • Directly manage and mentor 
    Hotel General Managers
    , ensuring alignment with group goals.
  • Foster a 
    high-performance culture
     across the portfolio with clear accountability.
  • Oversee 
    training, talent development, and succession planning
     to strengthen operational leadership.
  • Encourage 
    collaboration across brands and properties
     to share innovations and best practices.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with 
    local regulations, licensing, health & safety, and labor requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to 
    brand standards and company policies
     across all 4 brands.
  • Champion 
    sustainability and corporate responsibility
     initiatives within the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
     (Master's degree a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive hotel management experience
    , including 
    multi-property or regional oversight
    .
  • Proven expertise in 
    strategic planning, financial management, and operations leadership
    .
  • Strong background in 
    sales, marketing, F&B, and budget management.
  • Track record of improving 
    occupancy, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Exceptional 
    leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Ability to 
    navigate multi-brand environments
    , balancing unique brand identities with operational consistency.
  • Willingness to 
    travel frequently
     across properties in the Philippines.
