We are looking for a Finance Manager with hotel background to join our team in Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for career development within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Manage the hotel's budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes

Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hotel's overall business objectives

Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role within the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions

Proficient in the use of financial and accounting software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
