Wyta is a luxury host agency. We help travel advisors build profitable businesses through premium support, exclusive industry rates, and a curated portfolio of high end travel products. We are expanding rapidly and are hiring an Advisor Enrollment Specialists who can close advisor enrollments and guide candidates through activation.

This is a fast paced sales role with strong earning potential. You must be confident on the phone, organized, and able to follow a clear process with accuracy.


Responsibilities


• call advisor candidates from lead forms, job boards, and website applications

• qualify interest and confirm readiness to join Wyta

• explain the Wyta advisor opportunity clearly

• guide candidates to complete the online application

• close the host fee payment

• send email and text follow up

• schedule calls through Calendly

• send the Wyta welcome video after payment

• update Flowlu CRM immediately after each interaction

• provide light onboarding support after enrollment

• submit a daily KPI report


Performance Expectations


• minimum 30 calls per day

• minimum 20 advisor enrollments per week

• one hour response time for new leads

• connect to CRM during entire shift

• zero attendance and reliability issues

• ability to start immediately


Compensation


• $600 to $800 monthly base

• $10 for every advisor enrollment you close

• Activation bonus when an advisor makes their first booking

Monthly earning potential is $1000 to $1300 or higher for strong performers.

This is premium pay in PH for this level of work and is intended to attract senior BPO level talent.


Schedule

This role must match the United States Monday through Friday workweek.

Because Manila is sixteen hours ahead, your required schedule will be:

Tuesday through Saturday

8 PM to 4 AM Manila time

This schedule aligns with United States Monday to Friday.


Requirements


• strong English and confident phone presence

• experience in sales enrollment or outbound calling

• BPO HR or applicant screening background is a plus

• reliable internet with backup option

• ability to follow structured instructions exactly

• fast response time and professional communication

• ability to work independently with zero excuses

• readiness to begin right away

• CRM (8 hours per day)

• Wyta email

• Calendly

• Wyta scripts and onboarding materials

You must already be comfortable with sales and high call volume.
