Job Title: Sales Team Manager (Condo-Based Internet Sales)

Department: Residential Sales Department

Location: One Esplanade Building / Field

Reports to: Residential Sales Head

Job Summary

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of 6–12 sales agents assigned to various condominium properties. The manager will use Woofy's extensive data systems, sales dashboards, attendance logs, funnel tracking, and building-level performance reports to ensure strong daily production, improve efficiency, and maintain high team motivation. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in field sales environments, understands performance metrics deeply, and can coach the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership & Daily Management

  2. Manage, coach, and support a small team of 6–12 sales agents.

  3. Conduct daily morning huddles, end-of-day checkouts, and weekly performance reviews.
  4. Ensure agents follow deployment schedules and sales processes inside condominium properties.
  5. Provide on-site supervision during sales blitzes, booth deployments, and building campaigns.

  6. Data-Driven Sales Performance

  7. Monitor team KPIs daily: conversions, leads, active hours, condo penetration, and productivity.

  8. Use Woofy's detailed data dashboards to spot trends early and adjust strategy.
  9. Benchmark daily progress vs. monthly targets (e.g., Day 10 = 33% of target).
  10. Prepare clear, concise performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  11. Motivation & Coaching

  12. Identify agents who need support and provide real-time coaching.

  13. Reinforce a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  14. Implement incentive programs and performance challenges aligned with Woofy goals.

  15. Attendance, Discipline & Process Compliance

  16. Track attendance, active selling hours, and adherence to building rules.

  17. Enforce operational standards, sales protocols, and reporting requirements.
  18. Recommend disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans when needed.

  19. Condo Territory Management

  20. Plan and optimize the deployment of the team across condo locations.

  21. Coordinate with property management, security, and admin offices for access and activities.
  22. Ensure Woofy maintains a professional and positive reputation in every building.

  23. Collaboration & Reporting

  24. Coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Senior Management.

  25. Provide feedback on building-level performance, market conditions, and customer insights.
  26. Suggest improvements to sales materials, scripts, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in sales team leadership (telecom/ISP/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong data-driven management skills (Excel/Sheets, CRM tools).
  • Hands-on manager comfortable working in condo field locations.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required, along with solid experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
