POSITION: SALES TRAINING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and revise the Training Policies and Procedures that will be implemented
  • Fulfilment of the training requirements of the SM Prime Leisure Residences Group.
  • Establish and create the Annual Training Calendar.
  • Creation, conduct and evaluation of training programs including Training Modules, Trainer's Guide and Participants' Handouts.
  • Ensure timely and regular conduct of training programs such as the Basic (New Sellers' Orientation), and other programs as may be identified in the Annual Training Calendar.
  • Organize sales events of the SM Prime Leisure Group, whether consolidated or localized per company including, but not limited, assemblies, teambuilding, project and technical briefs, and other activities as may be requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business related
  • With at least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Training.
  • Adept in MS Applications particularly in Powerpoint and/or other similar/related applications.
  • Excellent Training and Presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, Excellent Communicator, and with Project Management skills.
  • Willing to work ONSITE at MOA Complex, Pasay City
