Responsibilities:

1. Training Participation and Organization: Actively participate in product training, regularly organize training sessions for customer service and technical support teams to enhance their technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

2. Pre- Sales and After-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers over the phone, accurately diagnose issues, and offer solutions.

3. Participate in writing and updating maintenance manuals and the after-sales service process system, ensuring accurate and timely content to optimize service processes.

4 Assist in creating related materials such as product usage and troubleshooting videos to enhance customer experience.

5. Collect and summarize the causes of defects, providing quality improvement suggestions to the product design team.

Requirements:

1、Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

2、Familiar with product knowledge and able to independently resolve customer technical issues.

3、Have a team-oriented mindset and able to collaborate with team members.

4、Able to handle work pressure and have good time management skills.

5、Technical support experience in home appliances is preferred.

6、Proficient in English, capable of communicating fluently with customers and colleagues in English.

7、At least 3-5 years experience in technical support.

Willing to go onsite in Pulilan, Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
