Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a TSR in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in water/plumbing services
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and remote troubleshooting software.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Must be a team player
  • Can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to water services.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, technical solutions, and system issues.
  • Work closely with other teams to resolve technical concerns.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as resolution time and call handling efficiency.
