Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a TSR in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in water/plumbing services
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and remote troubleshooting software.
- Ability to handle complex situations and provide a positive customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Must be a team player
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls, chats, and emails from customers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to water services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions, technical solutions, and system issues.
- Work closely with other teams to resolve technical concerns.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as resolution time and call handling efficiency.
