assessment, solution design, technology integration, performance monitoring, and communication with stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and post-delivery support
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a project manager in the IT or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, technology-enabled projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
