Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of structured cabling and low-voltage systems projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including suppliers, construction crews, and clients; oversee project schedule, budget management, and risk mitigation.

  3. Develop detailed project implementation plans, construction timelines, and technical documentation; supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with international and local Philippine cabling standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 11801, PD 1096),regulatory requirements, and project-specific safety and compliance protocols.

  4. Engage with clients to clarify requirements, address challenges during project execution, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

  5. Lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, conducting performance evaluations, and delivering technical training to enhance team capability and productivity.

  6. Prepare comprehensive project reports, technical specifications, and as-built documentation; manage project closeout processes, including final settlement, audit coordination, and post-commissioning maintenance support.

Job Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, communications, management, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred;

  2. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Filipino is required, with the ability to use all three languages effectively as working languages; demonstrated cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities are essential. Candidates with a local Chinese-Filipino background who possess familiarity with Philippine culture and the local business environment are strongly preferred;

  3. Comprehensive understanding of the entire process of integrated cabling and low-voltage system construction, including in-depth knowledge of relevant construction standards and acceptance specifications, along with proven capability in on-site construction supervision and guidance;

  4. Minimum of five years of professional experience in integrated cabling, low-voltage systems, or project management; candidates with a track record of successfully leading projects independently are highly desirable;

  5. Possession of recognized project management or engineering certifications disadvantageous;

  6. Strong leadership skills, effective negotiation capabilities, sound problem-solving acumen, and the ability to perform under pressure;

  7. Proficient in utilizing standard project management tools and office productivity software.
