We are seeking a
Solutions Delivery Engagement Lead
to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects and solutions across various business units. You will oversee development, enhancement, and support activities from initiation to post-implementation, acting as the key liaison between System Owners and Technical Teams.

You will also manage the capacity and allocation of staff-augmented and software factory (managed service) resources, working closely with the Solutions Delivery Manager and IT – Systems Owners to plan, forecast, and execute projects up to six months in advance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of capability and integration projects and solutions.
  • Monitor and control development, enhancement, and support activities.
  • Manage capacity and resource allocation for staff-augmented and managed service teams.
  • Fulfill demand and monitor performance of allocated resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Solutions Delivery Manager.
  • Collaborate on planning and forecasting for resourcing, costing, and project composition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in project delivery, outsourcing, or managed service engagements.
  • Strong background in budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Proven experience in Agile Methodology.
  • Vendor management experience, especially with software factory (managed services).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, ASANA, JIRA, or similar.
  • ITILv3 or higher certification is a plus.
