Your Mission

  • Collaborate with business units and the Business Solutions Manager to design best-fit solutions aligned with company strategy and IT capabilities.
  • Act as the primary bridge between IT and business teams — ensuring communication, service-level adherence, and smooth coordination.
  • Participate in root cause analyses and recommend product or process enhancements.
  • Translate business objectives into system specifications and detailed project documentation (BRDs).
  • Ensure project success by monitoring progress, budgets, and alignment with requirements.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Have 2–3 years of related experience.
  • Are skilled in problem-solving, systems thinking, and data/process modeling.
  • Bring strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Are experienced in business operations, applications/systems development, or process design.
  • Have a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and thrive as a self-starter.
