Primary Responsibilities:

• Works with a high degree of collaboration with Capability and Integration, Development Support, and Quality Assurance Managers in ensuring that capacity forecast and resource performance are well managed, project timelines are met, risks and issues are monitored and resolved, and budgetary limits are adhered to.
• Ensure delivery success of capability and integration projects and solutions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with Solutions Delivery Engagement Lead in managing and monitoring project statuses, resource capacity and performance, risk management and issue resolution, and overall project governance.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work within Capability and Integration and other IT – Services in periodically updating the Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
• Work with a high degree of collaboration in planning and forecasting up to 6 months in advance in relation to resourcing, costing and the composition of any simple to complex project, working closely with the Solutions Delivery Manager and IT – Systems Owners, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in courses related to Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with managing, executing and delivery of project(s), outsource team, managed service engagement, or similar function.
• Must have background in budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation is a must.
• Must have background in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies is a must.
• Experience in handling Agile Scrum Team is a must.
• Experience in vendor management; liaising with internal clients and vendors for software factory (managed services) is a must.
• Experienced in Project Management Tools, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ASANA, JIRA.
• ITILv3 or higher certification is desired.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, PMP or Prince Certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
