Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination

a. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and resource allocation.

b. Align stakeholders across relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.

c. Facilitate regular project meetings and progress updates.

  1. Process Mapping & Requirement Gathering

a. Analyze existing processes related to receiving, recording, and deployment of fixed assets

(Lighthouse) and Master Data handling and maintenance.

b. Gather business and technical requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.

c. Define automation opportunities, compliance checkpoints, and success metrics.

  1. System Development & Integration Oversight

a. Work with developers, business analysts, and vendors to build and test solutions.

b. Oversee integration with internal systems including master data

c. Ensure data integrity, automation reliability, and system usability.

  1. Change Management & Training

a. Coordinate user training and deployment activities.

b. Ensure clear documentation and SOPs are developed and communicated.

c. Support change adoption through active engagement with end-users.

  1. Monitoring & Evaluation

a. Track project KPIs

b. Ensure scope is within project budget

c. Prepare post-evaluation reports
