Events Sales Executive

Position Summary:
Uma Nota Manila is looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and results-driven Events Sales Associate to support our Events Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to companies and potential clients to generate leads for private and corporate events. This role focuses exclusively on outbound sales efforts and initial client engagement, with all qualified leads passed on to the Events Manager for proposal and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and contact companies, organizations, and potential clients to promote Uma Nota Manila as a venue for events (e.g., corporate functions, brand launches, team dinners, holiday parties).
Use a variety of outreach channels including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking (if applicable).
Maintain and manage a leads database to track outreach, follow-ups, and potential opportunities.
Understand Uma Nota Manila's unique event offerings, brand identity, and selling points to effectively communicate with prospects.
Set appointments or coordinate introductory calls between potential clients and the Events Manager.
Report weekly progress and lead generation metrics to the Events Manager.
Provide feedback on outreach strategies and share insights gathered from client conversations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality, or event sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in speaking with decision-makers and gatekeepers.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a strong plus.

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
