JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Secretarial, Office Management / Administration, Business Management / Administration or any equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in a Law Firm.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
- Can Start immediately.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to clients and visitors and inform the lawyers or employees concerned.
- Answer incoming phone calls (PABX) and refer them to the appropriate parties.
- Type, compose and proof read (to check for correctness of information, spelling and the like) business letters, memoranda, notices, minutes of meetings, contracts, affidavits, secretary's certificates, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents, print in draft or final form, and coordinate reproduction with regard to appropriate number of copies with corresponding attachments for filing in the court or dispatch to intended recipients.
- Make appointments and reservations at different hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., for the meetings and conferences of superiors.
- Update schedule of hearings, as well as confirm appointments, meetings and conferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
