We are looking for one highly organized and dedicated Secretaries, one female, to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our staff, ensuring efficient operation of our office in Makati.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and organize office schedules and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations.
- Organize, store, and print office documents as needed.
- Travel to various locations as required for business needs.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
