Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Officer

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing of candidates for various job positions to fill job openings  in timely manner;
  2. Schedules the interview via SMS and Business email;
  3. Conducts an initial interview for all shortlisted candidates;
  4. Collaborates with the hiring manager, department managers and respective Top Management;
  5. Develops and implements an overall recruitment strategy;
  6. Ensures a smooth hiring process for all positions;
  7. Handles administrative tasks related to onboarding;
  8. Maintains a candidate database;
  9. Communicates with all department concerned on a daily basis or as the need arises with regards to the status of the job vacancy;
  10. Researches an effective tool for job advertisements;
  11. Participates in available recruiting events;
  12. Prepares, update, and disseminate Job Descriptions;
  13. In charge of completing the documentation for all new hires;
  14. Facilitates the orientation for new hires and introduces them to all employees;
  15. Conducts Background Investigation prior start date;
  16. Maintain a good working relationship with all suppliers related to recruitment;
  17. Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

  • Education Requirements

-Graduate of BS Psychology and other related course.

  • Work Experience

-At least 5 years of related work experience

  • Knowledge and Skills

-Human Resources, Administrative, Payroll

-People Skills,  Events, Coordination Skills, Communication Skills, Organization Skills, Computer Skills
