Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Crystal Steel Fabricators, Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of candidates for various job positions to fill job openings in timely manner;
  • Schedules the interview via SMS and Business email;
  • Conducts an initial interview for all shortlisted candidates;
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager, department managers and respective Top Management;
  • Develops and implements an overall recruitment strategy;
  • Ensures a smooth hiring process for all positions;
  • Handles administrative tasks related to onboarding;
  • Maintains a candidate database;
  • Communicates with all department concerned on a daily basis or as the need arises with regards to the status of the job vacancy;
  • Researches an effective tool for job advertisements;
  • Participates in available recruiting events;
  • Prepares, update, and disseminate Job Descriptions;
  • In charge of completing the documentation for all new hires;
  • Facilitates the orientation for new hires and introduces them to all employees;
  • Conducts Background Investigation prior start date;
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all suppliers related to recruitment;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

-Graduate of BS Psychology and other related course.

  • Work Experience

-At least 5 years of related work experience
