What You'll Be Building

What You'll Own

  • Architect and optimize outbound systems that scale - email, LinkedIn, calls, webinars

  • Build ICP-targeted prospecting loops in
    Clay + Instantly + CRM integrations

  • Design
    conversion funnels

and automation maps that drive measurable revenue

  • Lead experiments, analyze data, and extract insights to refine GTM playbooks

  • Advise SDRs and marketers on better messaging, cadence, and conversion structure

  • Collaborate directly with the founders to evolve Voost's GTM platform

What Success Looks Like

You build a GTM engine that books meetings and closes deals while you sleep.

The systems you design become client case studies.

You're the person founders call when they need a smarter way to scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales ops, RevOps or GTM automation

  • Mastery of

  • Experience running or advising on
    webinars and lead gen campaigns
