We're hiring Non-Voice Associates to join our Telecommunications Account.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat and email regarding telecom products, billing, and services
  • Deliver accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service without calls
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of each interaction in the system

Who Can Apply

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
  • College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules (including holidays and weekends)
  • Open to STADS and shifters
