Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer customer questions about menu items, specials, and other offerings
  • Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including entry, host stand, and restrooms
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills (for cashier or server roles)
  • CAN START ASAP
