The Coffee Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks while providing excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, product knowledge, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure a high-quality café experience.

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
  • Refill ingredients and restock supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks and food items.
  • Provide recommendations to customers and promote seasonal or specialty beverages.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
