Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly; escalate concerns when needed.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Achieve or exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
Qualifications:
- Open to Fresh Graduates — no prior BPO experience required
- At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience.
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Amenable to work on a 100% Onsite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
