Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly; escalate concerns when needed.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Achieve or exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and attendance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Fresh Graduates — no prior BPO experience required
  • At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience.
  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Amenable to work on a 100% Onsite.

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
