  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, cocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in handling and storing ingredients.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, efficient service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels throughout the shift.
  • Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the bar.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings, including specials and promotions.
  • Make recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Follow alcohol serving guidelines and ensure responsible beverage service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
