Business Development and Partnerships Manager

Job Objective:
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, and enhance the airline's brand value.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manages the growth of the airline's loyalty program through relevant partnerships for earning and burning miles and induce acquisition of more members
• Negotiates new partnerships with potential partners in order to establish mutually beneficial relationships
• Develops strategies to increase brand awareness and new products that are highly convertible to sales
• Evaluates the performance of existing partnerships in order to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develops and managing effective marketing campaigns to promote specific partners' products and services
• Communicates with partner companies on behalf of the organization to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the current status of partnerships
• Develops and implements strategic plans that align with partner goals and objectives.
• Establishes effective communication channels with partners in order to foster productive working relationships
• Monitors market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new product developments and necessary partnerships
Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have at least 7 years experience in partnerships, business development, with 3 or more years in a leadership capacity and preferably with experience in loyalty programs and passenger services systems
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant experience in event sponsorships, brand activations, or campaign planning
