Specific Position: Senior Business Partner Human Resources

  • College graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.; Master's degree graduate is advantage
  • Flexible to work on any shift assigned (Possibly mostly/regular dayshift) & Shifting schedule depending on business needs: may require flexibility since will work with the counterpart in US and will have late night meetings
  • Work set-up: 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH in Mandaluyong
  • At least 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
  • Proven expertise in organizational development and change management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php270,000.00 per month
