About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Technician Supervisor to join our team at W Bridges Manpower Corporation in Calamba City, Laguna. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various facilities and properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-skilled technicians to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks
  • Oversee the preventative maintenance program for all assigned properties and facilities
  • Manage the procurement of necessary materials and equipment to support the maintenance operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the technician team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimise productivity
  • Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the team's progress and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a multi-skilled technician or supervisor in the property management industry
  • Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and other relevant tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with property managers and clients
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the property management industry
