About the role

LMTP Corporation is seeking a highly experienced QC Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality of our manufacturing processes and finished products at our facility in Calamba City, Laguna. This is a full-time, on-site position that is crucial to ensuring we deliver the highest standards of quality to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing, implementing and monitoring quality control systems and procedures
  2. Inspecting and testing raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and resolve quality issues
  3. Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  4. Training and supervising a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards
  5. Collaborating with production, engineering and other departments to implement quality improvements
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control supervisory role, ideally in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of quality control principles, tools and best practices
  3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a team of Quality Inspectors
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report generation using relevant software
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  7. Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related technical field
