Finance Manager

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

About this role. . .

This role is responsible for leading and managing core financial operations across the organization, including financial reporting, statutory compliance, general ledger management, treasury functions, and team leadership. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Accounting, Reporting and Review

  • Manage monthly financial close within established deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidated P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Compile Management Reporting Pack: Work on Hand, WIP, and project-related reports.
  • Conduct overhead expense analysis and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly balanced scorecards.
  • Consolidate Board Reports and Financial Dashboards for submission to the wider organization.
  • Assist in weekly KPI reporting and annual budget preparation.

Statutory Reporting, Tax and Compliance

  • Liaise with external/internal auditors in coordination with FC and management accountants.
  • Prepare and review Business Activity Statements and other tax reports (IAS, FBT, etc.).
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (e.g., Payment Times Reporting, TPARS, ABS surveys).

General Ledger

  • Prepare key monthly journals: prepayments, accruals, leave, allocations, eliminations.
  • Review general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate transaction processing and expense allocation.
  • Oversee fixed asset register maintenance.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • Maintain lease register and record amortisation per IFRS 16.

Treasury

  • Review and approve weekly and end-of-month supplier payments.
  • Administer corporate credit card processes.

Team Management

  • Manage direct and indirect reports across shared services (AP, AR, Payroll).
  • Provide coaching and leadership to finance staff to support development and performance.

Other

  • Continuously review finance processes for efficiency.
  • Support business initiatives and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by FC and CFO.

About you . . .

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years previous experience as Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.
  • Experience in organizations with ~AUD 100M annual revenue or 200+ employees.
  • Degree in Accounting; CPA qualification required.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Proficient in report writing and presentation preparation.
  • Advanced MS Excel; proficient in Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with Pronto and/or Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred).
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail; able to multitask and work independently.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to complete daily tasks consistently.
