AU HubSpot Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Background
  • We're looking for a hands-on marketer who can turn strategy into seamless execution. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around HubSpot (or Salesforce), thrives on getting campaigns out the door, and can manage day-to-day digital marketing tasks without breaking a sweat.
About the Role
  • You'll work closely with our client's senior marketing and operations leads, helping them scale digital campaigns, CRM automation, and content execution during a critical year-end business period. This isn't a "watch and learn" role—it's a "roll up your sleeves and make it happen" gig.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce acceptable).
  • Track, report, and improve on campaign ROI, lead funnel health, and engagement metrics.
  • Build and launch content: blogs, social posts, email workflows, guides, and case studies.
  • Run paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) + remarketing.
  • Keep the website current and support webinar setups (landing pages, registrations, follow-ups).

About YOUR Work History
  • 2–3+ years in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing automation.
  • CRM confidence—especially HubSpot (Salesforce experience also valuable).
  • You've set up workflows, launched campaigns, and tracked real results.
  • You can write, edit, and publish content across channels.
  • You know how to manage your time, hit deadlines, and juggle priorities.
