The Junior Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, data-driven, and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage social media content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Support in planning and coordinating brand events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and media partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar or supporting role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, analytics, email marketing, SEO).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
