DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals
  • Provide pre care and post care instructions. Discuss consent/ waiver details.
  • Endorse patient to the Derma or the nurse for treatment
  • Process payment, and book next appointment
  • Ensure settings are encoded by the dermatologist and nurses before closing
  • Maintain cleanliness in front and ensure that all records, and equipments are organized

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with Bachelor's degree
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in wellness industry
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English & Filipino
